PAYMENT
Sorry we can not take / process credit card payments at the moment. Payments via bank transfer, paypal cheque, postal order and cash accepted. ...once you submit your order you'll be sent the payment details.
MAIL ORDER
If you do not have a credit card, we can accept payment by cheque and money order in Australian dollars only. Simply fill out the on screen order form, submit it as Money order so we can reserve the titles for you, then print out the form and mail it to us: along with your payment.

All goods will be shipped once the drawn cheque/money order is cleared by the bank, please note clearing times vary, depending on the the bank on which the cheque is drawn.
You can also fax a completed order form to us with your credit card info. for manual processing. Our fax number is: 61 (0)3 9495 1560. Sorry, but we do not do phone orders.
Sales Tax / GST Tax / Import Duty
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We do not charge any taxes or duties. It is your own responsibility to pay any import duties or sales taxes levied in your own country (if applicable and charged in your country).
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS The prices on all items are GST inclusive. The GST component will appear on your tax invoice via email and online
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post - allow between 1-7 days for delivery.
All international orders are sent via first class airmail - allow between 3-30 days for delivery...(most international orders are received within 7 days)
Please note that once your order is stamped by Australia post, the liability is out of Psy-Harmonics control with delivery and is up to Australia post and the Postal agency in the forwarding country to deliver it. Psy-Harmonics keeps receipts of each order forwarded but can not trace an order once it has been stamped.
